I'm SO excited to start yet another year at Jefferson Elementary School!  I've been an educator since the year 2000.  I started at Jefferson as a 2nd grade teacher and was given a wonderful opportunity to teach Special Education.  I absolutely LOVE my job and all the children and families I am able to work with!  Jefferson is truly a special place :-)  I finished my graduate program which only took me 11 months in 2016!  I was able to acquire a license in Principalship and Curriculum & Instruction.  Sometimes Mrs. Opahle may ask me to step in for her when she's not at school, so this is another opportunity to work with even more amazing students!

I reside in Green Bay and enjoy it since I am a Packer fan!  My parents have been married for over 40 years and moved to Appleton!  They lived in our childhood home in Reedsville for about 41 years and has since moved to Appleton.  My sister is married with 3 children and my brother is also married with 4 children.  I am truly blessed to have all those nieces and nephews.  Our family has so much fun together and with that, get to share this excitement with Eric as well.  We love to ride our Harley with friends and family, sit around a campfire, travel to various destinations, and of course laugh as often as we can!

Mrs. Hoefner is an amazing paraprofessional that your child/children may talk about.  She is truly a passionate soul and loves to help all children.  Mrs. Hoefner looks forward to coming to work every day and has a smile on her face daily.  She also works within our JCLC Program after school as well.

If you EVER need to get in touch with me for any reason, please feel free to contact me at 663-9377 or email me at
foytikt@mpsd.k12.wi.us. The best time(s) to reach me are before or after school.  If you try to contact me during the school day and I don't answer, just leave me a message and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.  Sending an email is something that I check throughout the day, even after hours.

Here's to a fantastic school year!
